Update — 18 October 2026 · Purple theme
The public site at welcome.ink was moved onto the same visual system as the rest of the network (purple portal theme). This page records exactly what changed, so the change can be reviewed or rolled back.
What changed
- A new stylesheet
/theme.cssis served from the site root and is linked by every HTML-producing page. - The site previously used a Material blue palette (
#1a73e8) with Google fonts. It now uses the network purple palette. - The brand mark in the top bar is now solid purple instead of the six-colour wordmark.
- A site footer was added to the home page, linking back to
shit.pub, the documentation and the admin panel. - No endpoint, request format or stored data was modified.
api.php,admin_api.phpand every JSON file in the site root are untouched.

Colour tokens
The site is built on Material design tokens, so the palette was switched by overriding them rather than editing individual rules.
