1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to play.shit.pub, browsing this website, or using any Creaddinscart service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the server or website.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Conduct

You agree not to use the server or website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or harm other players.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
• Attempt to crash, lag, or otherwise disrupt the server.
• Bypass bans through alternate accounts.
• Impersonate Creaddinscart staff or other players.

Full gameplay rules, including what is and isn't allowed in-game, are listed on the Rules page. Those rules are part of these Terms.

3. Accounts

We do not require a separate account to play. Your Minecraft account is your identity on the server. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done under your username.

We may suspend or ban any account that violates these Terms or the gameplay rules, with or without notice.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of anything you build, write, or upload. By submitting content (chat messages, builds, screenshots, tickets), you grant Creaddinscart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the service.

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Builds and items on an anarchy server are not protected and may be destroyed by other players — this is part of the game and not a violation.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the server and keep it fair:

What we collect

• Minecraft username and UUID — to identify you in-game and apply bans.
• IP address — for anti-cheat, ban enforcement, and abuse prevention.
• Chat logs — stored for moderation and dispute resolution.
• Gameplay data — inventory, position, and economy data needed to run the server.
• Website data — anonymous analytics, if enabled, to understand traffic.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not share your IP with advertisers.
• We do not collect real names, addresses, or payment information unless you voluntarily provide them for support.

How long we keep it

Chat logs and ban records are kept as long as needed for moderation. Gameplay data is kept while the server operates. You can request deletion of your data by submitting a ticket — we will remove what we can without breaking server integrity.

6. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies and local storage:

• Session cookies — to keep you logged in to admin areas (only if you are staff).
• Preference storage — to remember theme or language choices.
• Analytics — anonymous traffic statistics, if enabled.

You can disable cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may stop working if you do.

7. Intellectual Property

The SHITP name, logo, website design, custom plugins, and written content are owned by Creaddinscart unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, redistribute, or rebrand them without permission.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.

8. Limitation of Liability

The server and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or that the service will be free of bugs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creaddinscart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost items, lost builds, or lost time, arising from your use of the server or website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the server or website after changes means you accept the new Terms.
